Represents the company to provide clarifications and queries rose by corporate on their patient’s bills and ensure the settlement of bills in full.
Ensures proper verification of credit corporate bills before dispatch to authenticate the correctness and compliance with the tie-up arrangement.
Ensures upto date maintenance of books of accounts and timely closure of accounts for providing monthly, quarterly and annual statements of accounts.
Maintains and ensures accurate and timely dispatch of correspondence.
Maintains strict compliance with the various policies of the company while preparing the bills for various types and categories of customers.
Ensures collection of payments in time against the credit bills raised on various corporates.
Coordinates with other Service Departments in order to cater to the requirements raised by various corporates regarding the bills submitted.
Performs any other work assigned by HOD.
