The qualified candidate will drive value region-wide working closely with Central Procurement, internal Sourcing team members, the Maisons and Functions.Key Responsibilities/Duties: Seek government procurement cleaning and maintenance projects, draft proposals, and work loading processesFurnish master contract deliverables and compliances, ensuring that all required reporting information is accurate, complete and submitted in accordance with various government contract regulationsPrice government contracts that seek to be both competitive, while assembled in accordance with our cost structure and desired gross margin percentageDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with government management offices, representing the company as primary point-of-contact for assigned contracts, while ensuring that everything included in the contract meets their satisfactionNegotiate prices with subcontractors to make sure we receive the best lowest and well thought out proposals, for projects where we act as the prime supplierDevelop content for our internal/external websites, along with marketing/collateral materials for specific contractsParticipate in special projects as requiredKey Experiences & Competencies: Detailed oriented person, motivated in a fast-paced environment managing multiple activities; Ability to work independently as well as in a team and complete assignments within established deadlinesHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency; Results-orientated with a strong track record of overall execution; Continually striving for improvement and efficiencyFlexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; Comfortable working proactively in a challenging environment and capable of prioritizing with execution in a timely mannerBenefits: Medical, Dental, & VisionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Retirement PlansLife InsuranceShort-term DisabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $88,000.00 – $124,000.00 per yearSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:United States: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
