Job Description

Primary areas of responsibility will be:
Accounts Receivables maintenance and monitoring
Monitor accounts to ensure receivables are current
Cash application from the bank activity on daily basis
Reconcile payment remittance advices received
AR Subledger reconciliation to GL
Weekly communication to Leadership of AR Aging status
Conduct collection calls/emails with client
Invoice reconciliation and generation
Billable hours reconciliation and invoice generation (Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly)
Research and resolve any outstanding billing issues with clients, working with Account Executive when necessary
Primary point of contact for Sales Teams for invoice changes, invoice inquiries and customer account statements
Client Billing system setup and coordination
Placement record review and setup coordination with Account Executives
Secondary areas of responsibility will be:
Entering vendor invoices and adding new vendors
Responsible for bank reconciliation and AP subledger reconciliation to GL
Vendor inquiry research and resolution
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
Experience in accounts receivable function
Average to above average Microsoft Excel Skills are required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management skillset
Detail oriented and results focused with quality control in mind
Capable of delivering information in an efficient manner
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of work experience, specifically within Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable function
Experience with the following software considered a plus:
Bullhorn (CRM/ATS)
Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central (Acctg/Finance)
Workday Financials
Professional services industry experience, prior staffing industry experience considered a plus
