General Summary & Scope:
Lynco Products is a wholesale distributor, manufacturer, and importer of consumer goods. The primary channels we serve through the United States and Canada are convenience stores, grocery stores, and travel centers. We’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist that would be responsible for all aspects of AR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and post all cash receipts to the AR system
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
Assist Credit Department in the daily collection and review of all customer accounts
Send monthly statements
Communicate with customers and sales team
Monitor customer rebate programs
Perform some complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities
Perform account analysis
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or other business related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivables
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, business partners, and the public.
Perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
