Accounts Receivable Specialist with Online Banking ExperienceBroedell Plumbing Supply, Inc.Jupiter, FL 33458 Full TimeWell established wholesale distribution company, with multiple locations around the state, has an immediate opening for an experienced accounts receivable manager who will be responsible for all accounts receivable duties that pertain to the collection, cash application, and reconciliation of customer accounts in a medium sized ERP environment. Position reports directly to the Controller.The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to work efficiently, independently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience a must.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPost large, high-volume payments to customer accountsReconcile complex customer accounts and maintain/update customer files.Submit online bank deposits daily and record customer ACH payments via online bank reportsReconcile daily and monthly bank deposit reports to the General Ledger when discrepancies ariseInvestigate and collect delinquent receivables via telephone and emails. Generate and review monthly customer statements· Research and resolve invoice short paymentsRequired Skills/Abilities and Experience· Strong attention to detail and follow through· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Proficient in basic Excel· Self-starting and proactive· Be a team playerHave 2+ years experience working with accounts receivable in a senior positionSalary to $45k with paid overtime.
