Job Description

As an A/R Specialist, you are part of the accounting team and you will work with internal departments and various external stakeholders to optimize billing/collection processes and revenue collection through our various revenue channelsResponsibilities:Creating/Maintaining contract schedules for each ATS owned/managed aircraft including management, maintenance, insurance and subscriptions for each aircraft. Understanding and analyzing aircraft management agreements to ensure timely billing and 100% accuracy.Creating/Maintaining contract schedules for other key customer accounts. Ensure billing is accurate per contract terms and invoiced in a timely manner.Work closely with internal sales resources to ensure contracts are properly executed and payments are secure.Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of revenue/billable opportunities to ensure 100% billing accuracy.Record daily Intercompany transactions.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Experience in Aircraft Management/Part 135/91 Operations preferredStrong data analysis skills including Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with Cost AccountingExperience with QuickbooksProblem-solving skills and aptitude to answer quantitative questionsSuperior attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding administrative and organizational skillsExceptional ability to handle confidential information in a professional mannerStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and thrive in a team environmentMust be COVID-19 vaccinated“Can-do” positive attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
