As an Accounts Receivable Specialist on our billing team, you’ll be primarily responsible for creating invoices by entering detailed billing information into various customer portals. You’ll then verify the accuracy of those invoices and make any necessary corrections.
You’ll also be responsible for responding to customer telephone and e-mail inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and general accounts receivable inquiries. If you’ve had prior experience working in a customer-facing role, then this may be a great opportunity to consider.
This role is perfect for recent college graduates with a degree related to business, accounting, or other related fields, or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables.
Please note: You must come into the Puyallup, WA office 2-3 days per month, so we are only seeking candidates who live within a commutable distance to our office at this time.
