EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

We have an immediate need and invite applications for a career-minded, talented, ambitious, high energy, experienced bookkeeping & accounts receivable person.

Candidate MUST possess:

Organized Superb leadership skills and take charge of purchasing operations
Great communication skills
Organized and systematic
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Organize all accounts receivable activities, oversee timely billing
Can work with Project Management team to determine correct billing procedures
Ability to work with Quickbooks, Excel, Smart sheets and other software systems
Fundamental understanding of GAAP
General understanding of debits and credits
Working Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
Clerical Accounting experience preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint
Experience in a service business ie construction or other related field – a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing and controlling the billing process
Issue various end-of-month inventory reports
Data Entry into Quickbooks vendor billing system
Improvement and development of current systems welcomed
Must enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced office environment.
