If you are a self-motivated, pro-active, problem solver who can multi-task, this may be the place for you!We are looking for a very detailed person and will train the right candidate. Your attitude and aptitude are more important than your experience. Additional responsibility is closing the office every day following procedures.Responsibilities:Verify completed jobs, coordinate with scheduler and make corrections as needed.Enter invoices and bill customers.Receive payments and accurately post to correct account/invoice/customer.Prepare bank deposit, scan to accountant.Review and enter payablesPayroll activities.Accurate filing.Support other office staff as needed.Close the office daily at 4:30 following procedures.Other duties as needed/assigned.Skills:Meticulous attention to detailInquisitive mindExemplary attendance recordEnergetic and friendly with a can-do attitudeExperience with QuickBooks desirableJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
