Job Summary
The AR Administrator will be responsible for preparing billing statements for our customers, and working with them to resolve any billing issues that might arise. They will work closely with the rest of the accounting team to improve our billing process and provide accurate numbers for financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is of any background, but preferably comfortable working with numbers, and with strong communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain customer profiles
Gather payment information for outstanding invoices
Assist the accounts receivable team with any billing issues that arise
. Requirements:

Experience in the transportation industry and/or customer billing
Excel skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software
