Why we need you:
The Accounts Payable Supervisor provides financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization for the processing of payables. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. A typical day includes the management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
What your day to day might look like:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Paying vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
Responding to all vendor inquiries.
Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports
