Accounts Payable Specialist/Bookkeeper Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerk/Bookkeeper· Keep track of all payments, expenditures, invoices, statement, and purchase orders· Prepare checks, ACH, and wire payments to vendors, and issue stop payments when necessary· Track budget expenses, down payments for upcoming projects and investments, and track financial timelines· Reconcile expenses and financial reports with bank statements and other office records.· Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports· Attention to detail and data entry skills· Communicate with department heads on purchase orders and upcoming expendituresRequired Skills:Attention to detailAnalyticalMathematicalOrganizationalCommunicativeProblem SolvingTeamwork and collaborationKnowledge of Quickbooks online and Desktop versionQualifications:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.2-3 years’ experience with accounts payable or general accountingProficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksStrong analytic abilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
