RESPONSIBILITIESUSIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst, you will report to the Accounting Director and responsible for the activities that support the AR/AP team and their respective assigned relationships.Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentPrepare batches of invoices for data entryResolve payment discrepancies and invoice payment inquiryGenerate client billingMaintain and update vendor filesReviews and generates client Aging ReportsPosts client payments an processes depositsProcesses bank reconciliations monthlyPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSStrong communication, organization and time management skills a mustAbility to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and prioritiesMust be a strong team playerStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office and InternetStrong work ethic and high sense of urgencyEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:BA/BS degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
