Job Description

Seeking accounts payable/receivables clerk, must have QuickBooks knowledge, Microsoft Word, Excel , able to multi- task, able to use basic office equipment. Ability to work in a fast paced environment when needed. Bilingual a plus but bot required. Some duties included but not all are;Maintain precise records of all incoming paymentsPrepare and send invoices to clientsContact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoicesReconcile any irregularities in receiptsWork collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in financesAudit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accountingGenerate and deliver reports to different departments as neededActively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments”Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Mask are to be worn at all times, Hand sanitizer and Lysol spray at every work desk.
