Position immediately available.Please email resume.Your task under this position:Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, and preparing documents*Certified PayrollComplete, submit, track and file weekly reportsComplete, submit, and file monthly auditsComplete, submit, and file public works paperworkBills/Vendor InvoicesDownload, enter, scan, and file invoices from vendor portalsMaintain material quotes up to dateMaintain material tracker up to dateMaintain invoice tracker up to datePrepare billing packetsProcess material checks (joint and or from general account)Send out Joint ChecksCoordinate drop-offs/deliveriesRequest releasesConstruction Accounts Payable Job Requirements:Working Knowledge of QuickBooks/FoundationWorking Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Familiarity with construction terminologyStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Organizational skillsAbility to communicate in Spanish is a plusJob Type: Full-timeRequired education:Bachelor’sJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $32.00 per hour
