(FAMILY COVERAGE ONLY $220.00 PER MONTH!)Job TitleAccounts PayableJob purposeThe job purpose of this job is to achieve timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.Duties and responsibilitiesPromptly process approved supplier invoices for payment.Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.Supplier invoice problem resolution.Maintain supplier payment files.Process payments to suppliers via check, ACH, draft, or wire.Prepare monthly accruals list of outstanding payables that should be included in the prior month.Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.Essential Skills and ExperienceAP experience within a manufacturing environment with high volume of invoicesInventory within a Manufacturing PlantHigh School Diploma/GEDBasic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skillsERP Systems experience (BPCS/SAP)Strong organizational, communication skills and ability to multitaskEnglish language competency and legible writing abilityDemonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversightPreferred Skills and ExperienceAssociates degreePrevious accounting experienceBPCS experienceWorking conditionsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
